The order has been received but carrier tracking has not yet been assigned. Application, availability, payment, and freight details are confirmed before packaging and pickup.
When will I receive a tracking or PRO number?
Carrier information is assigned after the shipment is booked and collected. Initial terminal scans can take several hours to appear.
Why are email and postal code required?
They verify that the person requesting shipment information matches the order record and prevent public access to customer delivery details.
What if the carrier estimate changes?
Freight estimates can change because of terminal capacity, weather, appointment scheduling, or route exceptions. The newest verified milestone is shown when available.
